North Point Pak Fuk Road Safety Town Open Day cum Opening Ceremony
Road Safety Council (RSC), Road Safety Unit, Traffic Hong Kong Island of the Hong Kong Police Force (T HKI) and Hong Kong Road Safety Patrol (HKRSP) (Hong Kong Island and Islands District) jointly organized ‘North Point Pak Fuk Road Safety Town Open Day cum Opening Ceremony’ on Saturday, 2017-02-18, at North Point Pak Fuk Safety Park.
The campaign was officiated by Dr Eric CHENG, BBS, M.H., JP, the Chairman of Road Safety Campaign Committee; Senior Superintendent of Police, T HKI, Mr Michael KAO; Superintendent of Police, TBHQ, Mr Michael YIP; Senior Assistant of Commissioner, Commander of HKRSP (Hong Kong Island and Islands District,), Mr CHENG Sing-fung; Principal of S.K.H. Saint Peter’s Church Kindergarten – Stanley, Ms NG Suk-jing; Principal of Saint Peter’s Church Kindergarten – North Point, Ms CHUNG Siu-ping; Principal of Chiu Sheung School, Hong Kong, Mr CHIM Hon-ming.
During the campaign, members disseminated road safety messages through photo booths, booth games, exhibition and guided talk, etc. The event attracted a large turnout from the community to enjoy a rich programme of performances, including a lion dance by S.K.H. Saint Peter’s Church Kindergarten – Stanley, a Chinese style dance by Saint Peter’s Church Kindergarten – North Point, a Mongollian style dance by Chiu Sheung School, Hong Kong, and a magic show by Hong Kong Police Magic Club.
