• Held the Annual Ceremony at Discovery Park Shopping Centre in Tsuen Wan on 2 and 3 November 2013, including an exhibition of historical road safety posters and pictures, current and veteran police motorcycles, a balloon booth, magic booth, mini-film and photo kiosks.
