Pedestrians
Before crossing a road
- Allow more time to reach your destination: Do not rush.
- Choose the crossing facilities, i.e.: footbridge, pedestrian subway, zebra crossing & light signal crossing.
- Find a safe location to cross the road if no crossing facility is available.
- Do not climb over/through the kerbside fence/central reserve onto the carriageway.
- Do not cross – when a vehicle is coming;
- Do not cross – when the light signal crossing is RED/flashing GREEN;
- Look RIGHT & LEFT at least twice.
- NO vehicle/ vehicle STOPPED, then cross
